Kentucky State Police are investigating the apparent murder of a woman in Caldwell County.
State Police say the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Department requested them to conduct a death investigation at a home at 2848 Dripping Springs Road on Sunday after an initial call came in that 43-year old Eric Wright had called 911 to report an unresponsive female.
State Police responded and confirmed the death of 27-year old Rachel Tucker, of Princeton, and that their preliminary investigation indicated that foul play was suspected.
Wright was interviewed and subsequently charged with murder – domestic violence.
The investigation is ongoing.
