Hopkinsville Public Works has revealed that a contractor will be assisting with the removal of green waste resulting from the March storms, starting next week. The city said it’s advised that all green waste, including fallen trees, be moved to the roadside as soon as possible. However, it is important to note that contractors will not collect waste from private property, nor will they remove any trash or construction debris.
It is crucial that green waste is not mixed with trash or construction materials.
