A home on Kirkpatrick Street in Hopkinsville was fire damaged in a fire Wednesday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Fire Department Spokesman Payton Rogers says the fire was contained to a back wall and is believed to be caused by electrical wiring. They were called by a neighbor who noticed smoke coming from the back of the house just after 5 pm.
No one was home at the time of the fire.
