Mary Jane Turner, age 83, of Dawson Springs, passed away Saturday, June 17, 2023, at Baptist Health Deaconess of natural causes. The family has chosen cremation with a celebration of life to be held at a later date. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home has been entrusted by the family to handle the arrangements.
Mrs. Turner was born in Kokomo, Indiana, on October 12, 1939, the daughter of the late Richard and Margaret Hackney Cunningham. Mary Jane was a homemaker and a member of Crofton Christian church. She enjoyed talking with her family and friends, loved animals, and attending church. Mary Jane also thought of the residents and staff at Tradewater Health and Rehab Center in Dawson Springs, Kentucky as family.
Survivors include her son, Robert Hollins of Richmond, KY; her grandchildren, Robert William Hollins, Arianna Kaylee Hollins, and Andrew Nickalas Hollins; and her special friend, Spencer Spratt.
