The June session of the Trigg County grand jury returned 13 indictments with four involving drug offenses.
27-year-old Everett Fralick of Cadiz was indicted on charges of first-degree wanton endangerment, second-degree criminal mischief, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, third-degree terroristic threatening; and first-degree persistent felony offender stemming from incidents that occurred on April 21 and 22.
In addition, he was indicted on charges of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, carrying a concealed weapon, identity theft, and first-degree persistent felony offender stemming from incidents on April 22 and 23.
The Trigg County Sheriff’s Department said Fralick shot into a vehicle on Cerulean Road in Trigg County, hitting a family member’s car, and that he had threatened them before the shooting during a verbal argument.
Fralick was located on a traffic stop two days later and reportedly gave police false identifying information and was found to have a handgun on him.
Fralick was sentenced to five years in prison nearly two years ago in Trigg County Circuit Court for trafficking drugs with that sentence to run consecutively in a separate case.
20-year-old Jonathan Russell of Benton was indicted on a charge of second-degree sodomy and several traffic offenses stemming from a Kentucky State Police investigation from December 27.
Elsewhere, 27-year-old Austin Knight was indicted on charges of first-degree criminal abuse, fourth-degree assault, and theft under $1,000.
25-year-old Dylan Parker of Cadiz and 22-year-old K’Quiara Sutton of Cadiz were both indicted on a charge of complicity to first-degree wanton endangerment.
The charges are the result of an investigation that determined Parker and Sutton went to the home of 34-year-old Aaron King trying to get a dog they claimed belonged to Sutton.
King would not let them inside or give them the dog and Parker reportedly fired a shot through the front door and kicked it open as King exited the back of the home.
King, meanwhile, was indicted on unrelated charges of identity theft, third-degree terroristic threatening, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
32-year-old Jamiston Stewart was indicted on charges of first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
47-year-old Phillip Stroud of Cadiz was indicted on charges of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
27-year-old Orlando Wilkerson Jr. of Cadiz was indicted on charges of first-degree fleeing police, first-degree wanton endangerment, resisting arrest, second-degree criminal mischief, and DUI – first offense.
20-year-old Daniel Clark of Cadiz was indicted on two counts of theft of a firearm.
And 55-year-old Gregory Fletcher of Cadiz was indicted on a charge of first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
12 of the 13 cases heard by the grand jury were the result of investigations conducted by the Trigg County Sheriff’s Office.
