Services will be Monday, July 3 at 12:00 at Cedar Grove Baptist Church in Hopkinsville.
Burial will follow in the Cave Springs Cemetery.
Visitation will be Monday at 11:00 at the church.
Gamble Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Patricia was a member of Community Baptist Church where she was the First Lady and a member of the Usher Ministry.
She enjoyed fishing, going to yard sales, traveling, going on vacations, and spending time with her family, especially her girls.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings, Willie Osborne, Rosa Mae Quarles, Marvin Buckner, Charles H. Smoot, and Charles E. Smoot.
Survivors include her husband, Rev. Chris Chambers; Children, Katrice Butler, and Kristian Buckner; Siblings, Roger Moore, Margaret Montgomery, Carolyn Welch, Ronnie L. Smoot, Elaine Buckner, Delores Smoot, Melvin Buckner, and Antonio Smoot; Grandchildren, TaNevaeh Buckner, and Kamari Butler; Best Friend, Laura Gold; and a host of nieces and nephews.
