Trigg County FFA Attends Camp

The Trigg County FFA Chapter is spending the week at the Kentucky FFA Leadership Training Center in Hardinsburg.

While there they are being trained to lead their local chapter for the upcoming year and learning the roles and responsibilities of the office they hold.

The day at camp begins with breakfast at 7:00 AM, followed by the raising of the American Flag. They then attend classes for their individual offices and have time for each chapter to meet together plus options for other classes.

That’s before lunch, then they attend two different workshops and participate in activity time before dinner. Following the meal, they have the flag lowering then attend the night session before holding another chapter hour and then they are dismissed to go to the athletic fields before being called to their cabins with lights out at 11:00 PM.
