Kenneth Andrew Wiegand, 73, of Crofton, KY died at 8:16 p.m. Saturday, July 24, 2023, at his residence in Crofton.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 26, 2023, at Dogwood Funerals & Cremations of Crofton. Dogwood Funerals & Cremations of Crofton is in charge of arrangements. Visitation will take place from 4:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. Thursday evening at Dogwood Funerals & Cremations of Crofton. Burial will follow at Ridgetop Cemetery in Crofton.
A native of New Martinsville, West Virginia he was born August 1, 1949, the son of the late Charles J. Wiegand and Irene Grace Long Wiegand. He proudly served as a Combat Engineer in the United States Army. After his discharge, he was a self-employed general laborer.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Artie Wiegand.
Survivors include his sons: Kenneth Andrew Wiegand, Jr. (Heather) of Cadiz, Kentucky; Brian Wiegand of Crofton, Kentucky; and Gary Hubbard (Kursty) of Crofton, Kentucky; brothers: Richard Wiegand (Sylvia) of Cincinnati, Ohio; Leonard Wiegand (Nancy) of North Carolina; and Allen Wiegand of Newark, Ohio; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
