The Helping Hands of Trigg County will host its annual Back-to-School monetary collection event Thursday afternoon.
The effort will take place at Hancock’s Neighborhood Market in Cadiz from 3:00 to 5:00 PM, spearheaded by a live remote with the Live Afternoon Drive on 106.5 WKDZ.
Officials with Helping Hands told Your News Edge donations are needed to help provide much-needed school supplies and other related materials for over 130 students, so they can return to the classroom Thursday, August 10. Donations can be dropped off during that event, or given to employees of Hancock’s.
