A Cadiz man was charged with sexual abuse after an investigation Sunday morning.
Cadiz Police say they received a call that a 24-year-old man who was intoxicated had put his hands down a juvenile’s pants and tried to get her to touch him while the father of the child was sleeping.
The man who had been living at the home was arrested and charged with first-degree sexual abuse.
