Bennie McKnight, Sr., 80, Hopkinsville, passed on Thursday, August 2, 2023.
Burial will follow at Cave Springs Cemetery
Bennie was the son of the late Robert and Alice Mae McKnight. He was born on October 21, 1942, in Christian County.
Bennie was a member of Moores Baptist Church and worked as a production line operator at Phelps Dodge.
He enjoyed playing pool and gardening. He was a hard worker and worked several jobs at one time.
Survivors include his children, Terrance L. McKnight and Bennie (Karen) McKnight, Jr.; siblings, Will McKnight, Alice Sargeant, Dorothy Hollowell, Lawrence McKnight, Curtis McKnight, and David (Cindy) McKnight;19 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
