Four outstanding youths, a teacher that incorporates ag in her classroom, and a Legacy Farm were honored during Friday’s Trigg County Farm Bureau Annual meeting.
The meeting was held at the Trigg County Recreation Complex, with Vice-President Becky Marlowe presiding over the evening.
Trigg County 4-H members Anna Sink and Olivia Freeman presented the Outstanding 4-H awards, with Sink presenting the honor to 4-H youth leader Riley Brame for her dedication.

click to download audioThe award was received by Stan Humphries, who represents the seventh generation on the farm, and Stephen and Luke Humphries, who are part of the eighth generation.
Also during the annual meeting the Oustanding Farm Bureau Youth Contest and Variety Show were held. Anna Sink was named Outstanding Farm Bureau Youth in the female category, with Jennie Watts placing second. In the male category, Ethan Curling was named the Outstanding Farm Bureau Youth. Caleb Coots won the variety contest, with all three representing Trigg County in the area contest.
