Man Charged With Drug Possession During Traffic Stop

A Hopkinsville man was charged with possession of drugs after a traffic stop on Fort Campbell Boulevard in Hopkinsville Saturday afternoon.

Hopkinsville Police say they were called to the area for a reckless driver and located 51-year-old Ronald Livingston who had an expired registration tag and no side rearview mirror.

He was stopped and during the traffic stop he reportedly gave consent to search the vehicle and a glass pipe containing suspected meth along with some marijuana was found.

He was arrested and charged with possession of meth, no rearview mirror, failure to produce an insurance card, and no registration plate.
