A man was injured in a single-vehicle wreck on South Road in Trigg County Thursday morning.
Trigg County Sheriff Aaron Acree says a dump truck driven by Walter Francis was southbound when his truck ran off the road while he swerved to miss a vehicle that crossed the center line.
His truck damaged a parked vehicle, and a building and spilled its load of asphalt.
Francis was taken by ambulance to Trigg County Hospital for injuries.
The crash happened just before 8 a.m. near the intersection of Pleasant Hill Church Road.
