A man and woman were charged with trafficking drugs after a traffic stop on Pennyrile Parkway in Hopkinsville Friday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say they stopped 51-year-old Patresa Richardson for her rear license plate not being illuminated and during the stop, she gave consent to search the vehicle, and a bag of meth, needles, several glass pipes, and money were found.
Richardson and her passenger 57-year-old Perry Skinner were both arrested and charged with trafficking meth. Richardson was also charged with rear license plate not illuminated, and failure to produce an insurance card.
