Henry Louis Jako, Sr., 83, of Hopkinsville, Kentucky died at 9:07 p.m., Thursday, September 21, 2023, at his home.
Funeral services will be held at 9:00 a.m., Friday, September 29, 2023, at Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
A native of Wheeling, West Virginia he was born on August 2, 1940, the son of the late Walter Jako and Mary Stanislavski Jako.
He was a Boiler Operator at Western State Hospital and a member of the Highland Volunteer Fire Department.
Survivors include his son: Henry L. (Linda) Jako, Jr. of Hopkinsville, Kentucky; his grandson, Brandon (Michelle) Jako and a great-grandchild, Kailin.
