Born March 6, 1929, in Cadiz, she was the daughter of the late John Taylor Allen and the late Caladonia Johnson Allen.
Juanita was a retired hotel housekeeper, having worked at the former Wayside Motel in Cadiz and the Holiday Inn in Shepherdsville, Kentucky. She was a longtime member of Pleasant Hill Pentecostal Church. Known to her family as “Little Granny”, she loved spending time with her children and many grands and enjoyed cooking and quilting.
