Two Clarksville men accused of an Oak Grove murder last year could stand trial together in December if a wrinkle in the case is cleared up in the coming weeks.
Tyron Holt and Omega Plaisme both appeared in Christian Circuit Court on Wednesday for pretrial conferences. They are accused of complicity to murder in the shooting death of Gailon Toler outside of a mobile home on Tyler Street in May of 2022.
Brandy Jones made her initial appearance as Plaisme’s attorney Wednesday after taking over the case from conflict attorney Chris Woodall. However, Jones informed the court she, too, may have a conflict after looking through some of the case reports.

Holt has a December trial date set as he was arrested more than a year before Plaisme.
