A Cadiz woman was flown to a Nashville hospital after a wreck on Pembroke Road in Christian County Monday morning.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say an SUV driven by 24-year-old Mackenzie Wallace was eastbound when it crossed into the westbound lane and hit a concrete truck driven by 38-year-old Kevin Hastand of Cadiz head-on.
The SUV rolled several times before coming to a rest on its side trapping Wallace inside.
Wallace was extricated from her vehicle and then flown from the scene to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville due to arm injuries.
The crash happened at the Todd County line just after 8 a.m. Deputies were assisted by Christian County EMS, Christian County Rescue, Pembroke Fire Department, Fairview Fire Department, and Air Evac.
