Police have released the name of a Hopkinsville man who was severely injured in a wreck on Fort Campbell Boulevard in Hopkinsville Wednesday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say a northbound motorcycle driven by 25-year-old Donald Weber Guedea collided with a southbound truck driven by 52-year-old Michael Leek of Trenton that was attempting to turn onto Pennyrile Parkway northbound.
Weber Guedea was taken by Hopkinsville EMS to a waiting helicopter that transferred him to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville with severe injuries. Leek complained of arm pain and was later taken to Jennie Stuart Health for his injury.
Weber Guedea’s passenger was not injured in the crash.
The crash happened just before 6 p.m.
