Officials with Oak Grove Tourism & Convention Commission confirmed a promotion Wednesday afternoon — when they announced Scarlett Mayfield as the organization’s next events, marketing and public relations manager.
Executive Director Traci Cunningham called it a “strategic decision” that reflects Oak Grove Tourism’s commitment to fostering internal talent while enhancing its leadership team.
Mayfield’s exceptional dedication, valuable contributions and ability to meet the evolving demands of the tourism landscape led to the move.
With the decision, Mayfield will see increased responsibility in driving innovation while elevating the customer experience in Oak Grove Tourism.
