A Hopkinsville man and woman were charged with drug possession on East 9th Street Saturday night.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called for 36-year-old Larry Brewer and 48-year-old Sonya Jones who were parked in a lot and acting suspicious.
During the investigation, police say they were found to have meth, syringes, and drug paraphernalia in their possession.
Brewer was also found to have warrants for contempt of court and parole violation. They were both arrested and charged with possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.
