Defense to Double-Check Evidence in Oak Grove Murder Case

The attorney for one of the two men charged with the murder last year of a Clarksville man in Oak Grove is still combing through evidence in the case and feels like a resolution could come soon.

Tyron Holt and Omega Plaisme are accused in the shooting death of Gailon Toler outside of a mobile home on Tyler Street in May of 2022.

Holt, who is charged with complicity to murder, appeared in Christian County Circuit Court Wednesday with his attorney Jarrod Jackson, who said he will be meeting with Commonwealth’s Attorney Maureen Leamey to make sure both sides have the same discovery.
