A Hopkinsville woman was charged with theft by unlawful taking Tuesday night.
Hopkinsville Police say 39-year-old Kaylyn Hetrick took over $5,000 in jewelry and then sold it to Mid-America Pawn Shop.
She was cited to court on the charge of theft by unlawful taking.
