A Hopkinsville man was charged with possession of drugs during a warrant arrest on East 9th Street Saturday night.
Hopkinsville Police say 43-year-old Gary Douthitt was arrested on a bench warrant and found to have two bags of meth.
After police reviewed the video from the backseat of the police cruiser It is believed that he possibly consumed another bag of drugs before being taken to jail.
He is being held at the Christian County Jail on charges of tampering with physical evidence and possession of meth second offense.
