A man and woman have been charged after they allegedly sold vapes to teenagers in Hopkinsville.
Hopkinsville Police say Shilpaben Patel along with Mesheal Shafik were both charged with third-degree unlawful transaction with a minor after they failed to check the identification card of a 19-year-old Hopkinsville Police employee who was buying nicotine vapes.
Police say Patel who works at Skyline Fuel has been charged with doing this before.
Shafik is employed by Happy Hour Smoke and Vape.
