Johnella Wilson, 78, Hopkinsville, passed away on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, in Hopkinsville.
Johnella was the daughter of the late John and Jeanette Wilson. She was born on October 5, 1945, in Hopkinsville.
At an early age, Johnella joined Durrett Avenue Baptist Church. Johnella enjoyed reading and watching television.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Reginald Wilson; Sisters, Anna M. Wilson & Hazel Wilson.
Survivors include her Siblings, Alex (Beverly) Wilson, Clarence “Phillip” (Sue) Wilson, and Calvin (Linda) Matlock; 1 granddaughter, Dezerae Wilson.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 28, at noon at Gamble Funeral Home in Hopkinsville with Pastor N.A. Kirby officiating. Burial will follow in Cave Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at Gamble Funeral Home. Gamble Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
