Hopkinsville Police say 43-year-old Micheal Pendleton and 26-year-old Emily Eiland were found in a vehicle pulling a trailer that was used in a burglary of a storage unit on West 15th Street.
The plate on the vehicle had reportedly been taken off another vehicle and meth and a pipe were found.
They were both arrested and charged with third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree burglary. Pendleton was also charged with theft of a motor vehicle registration plate, possession of meth, and operating on a suspended or revoked license.
