A Hopkinsville man was charged after he reportedly fled from law enforcement on Rose Drive Tuesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say they stopped a vehicle for not having a license plate and the passenger in the vehicle 28-year-old Kent Wheeler fled on foot but was quickly apprehended.
He was found to have warrants for failure to appear and non-payment of court fines. He was arrested and charged with second-degree fleeing or evading police.
