Governor Andy Beshear will deliver his annual “State of the Commonwealth” address at 6 PM Central Time Wednesday, during a joint session of the Kentucky State Senate and the House of Representatives.
Likely to discuss the biennium budget and hopes for his second and final term, Beshear will deliver his words from the House Chambers in Frankfort’s Kentucky State Capitol building.
It will be streamed live on Facebook, YouTube and ket.org/live, and broadcast through Kentucky Educational Television (KET).
