Waymon “Otis” Lee Duvall 79, of Hopkinsville, passed away Monday, January 15, 2024, at Baptist Health Deaconess Hospital in Madisonville, of natural causes.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home with burial to follow in Riverside Cemetery. Visitation will be at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home on Monday, January 22, 2024, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM. The family has entrusted Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home to handle the arrangements.
Mr. Duvall was born on August 9, 1944, in Christian County, the son of the late Leonard and Lottie Harris Duvall. Otis worked for the City of Hopkinsville for 21 years and was of the Baptist faith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Bud Duvall and Sherman Duvall; his sister, Thelma Gibbs; his daughter-in-law, Susie Duvall; and his grandsons, Johnathan and Dustin Duvall.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Gloria Harris Duvall of Hopkinsville, his sons, Daryl Duvall of Hopkinsville, and Alan Duvall of Hopkinsville, his daughter Lisa Wilson (Wayne) of Hopkinsville, his sister, Debbie Blythe of Hopkinsville, his six grandchildren; and his nine great-grandchildren.
