A Hopkinsville man was charged with rape and sexual abuse after an investigation Tuesday night.
Hopkinsville Police say a 28-year-old man forcefully had intercourse with a woman while choking her then was found in the woman’s daughter’s bed pleasuring himself later in the night.
He was arrested and charged with first-degree rape (domestic violence), first-degree strangulation, and first-degree sexual abuse victim under 12 years of age.
