A wreck on Dawson Springs Road in Hopkinsville sent a man to a Nashville hospital Friday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say just after 3 p.m. an SUV was northbound when the driver lost control causing the vehicle to run off the road and hit a rock embankment.
The driver was treated and transported by Hopkinsville EMS to Jennie Stuart Health to meet with a helicopter that flew him to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville for his injuries.
