There will be no services at this time for 67-year-old Donna Lee Brooks, of Oak Grove.
Goodwin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include:
A son, Jason Brooks, of Ware, Massachusetts;
A brother, Charles E. Payne, Jr., of Chicopee, Massachusetts;
A sister, Denise Stearns (Robert), Chicopee, Massachusetts;
Several grandchildren, one great grandchild and three special friends: Misty Ragan (James), of Cadiz, April Souell (Ed), of Oak Grove, and Jewell Matthews (Mike), of Big Rock, Tennessee.
She died at 5:34 PM, Monday, January 22, 2024, at her home in Oak Grove.
She was born November 2, 1956, in Holyoke, Massachusetts, the daughter of late James Alfred Brooks and Nellie Burrows Payne.
She worked as a waitress at Waffle House and G’s Pancake House, both in Oak Grove.
She loved to play bingo and enjoyed cooking, baking, and all sorts of crafts, especially wreath making.
