Jerry “Peewee” Bledsoe, age 49, of Hopkinsville, KY, passed away Saturday, January 27, 2024, at Skyline Medical in Nashville, TN. Funeral services will be on Saturday, February 3, 2024, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home at 1:00 PM with David Brown officiating and burial to follow in Flatlick Cemetery. Visitation will be at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home on February 3, 2024, from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home has been entrusted by the family to handle the arrangements.
Mr. Bledsoe was born on August 22, 1974, in Hopkinsville, KY the son of Sandra Ellis Bledsoe and the late Jerry W. Bledsoe. Peewee worked in maintenance at White Drive/White Hydraulics. He enjoyed drag racing and working on cars and was a member of West Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Crofton, KY.
In addition to his mother, Sandy Bledsoe of Hopkinsville, KY, survivors include his daughters, Ashlee Bledsoe of Hopkinsville, KY, Katelyn Bledsoe; his brothers, Chris Bledsoe (Beth) of Hopkinsville, KY, Shannon Bledsoe of Hopkinsville, KY, Keith O’Daniel of Hopkinsville, KY; his sister, Renee Adams (Rodney) of Hopkinsville, KY; and his grandson, Tyrann Poindexter.
