Edward Maurice Kennedy age 84 of Hopkinsville, passed away Sunday, February 4, 2024, at 1:00 a.m. at his residence. Services will be Wednesday, February 7, 2024 1:00 p.m. at Latham Funeral Home with Rev. Ron Henn officiating. Visitation will be on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Kennedy was born December 18, 1939, in Clarksville, TN. He was a farmer and a member of Fairview Methodist Church. He loved hunting, fishing, and collecting antiques. He is preceded in death by his wife Patsy Ann Hampton Kennedy, his parents George Marcellus Kennedy Jr and Alice Ester Smith Kennedy, and his brother Jim Kennedy.
He is survived by his sons Patrick Ryan Kennedy of Hopkinsville, KY, and Steven Neal Kennedy and his wife Na’Kita Kennedy of Hopkinsville, KY his brother George Kennedy and his wife Vicki of Clarksville, TN, his Sister In Law Earline Kennedy of Guthrie, KY, his grandchildren Lauryn Kennedy, Natalie Barrow and Nolan Barrow.
