Eighth District State Representative Walker Thomas says the federal government needs to be the body that does away with the time change in March and November.
During the Your News Edge’s Legislative Update program Sunday Thomas says he doesn’t think House Bill 674 filed by State Representative Steven Doan that would do away with the time change is the best way to handle it.
