Western Kentucky is facing an increasing chance for severe weather late Thursday night into Friday morning.
Weather Edge forecaster David Powell said a long-line of severe storms will form this afternoon and evening and enter into the region.
Powell added that damaging winds will be the biggest concern overnight.
Once this cold front makes its way through our region, temperatures will begin to tumble.
The average high temperature for the month of March last year was in the upper 50s, while the average low was in the mid 30s, according to Kentucky Mesonet.
