Police have released the name of a teenager who was hit by an SUV on North Drive in Hopkinsville while heading to school Monday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 14-year-old Aaliyah Bell was crossing North Drive at the intersection of Glass Avenue when she was struck by an SUV driven by 17-year-old Jessica Mendoza who was on North Drive.
Bell was treated and transported by Hopkinsville EMS to Jennie Stuart Health for what is believed to be non-life-threatening injuries.
