
Trigg and Todd County received the most rainfall in the southern Pennyrile, with all counties receiving significant rainfall as a result of the storms that rumbled across the region.
According to the Kentucky Mesonet Trigg County received 5.11-inches of rain during the past 48 hours. Todd County measured 4.27-inches. Christian County checked in with 2.46-inches, Caldwell County recorded 2.2-inches, and Calloway County received 2.24-inches.
Simpson County received the most rainfall in the state with the Mesonet site measuring 5.25-inches.
