A wreck on US 68 at Tobacco Road in Trigg County sent four people to the hospital Saturday afternoon.
Trigg County Sheriff’s deputies say a van was eastbound on US 68 when a truck pulled into their path from Tobacco Road.
The driver and a passenger in the truck were both flown to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville with what were termed severe injuries.
The driver and a passenger in the van were taken to Jennie Stuart Health for what are believed to be non-life-threatening injuries.
