A Hopkinsville man has been charged in connection to a stabbing on Bloom Avenue in Paducah Friday night.
Paducah Police say they responded to a stabbing involving 40-year-old John Parker who got into an argument with another man and stabbed him with a knife.
The man that was stabbed was reportedly found at the hospital after the incident and Parker was located in the area of Bloom Avenue still in possession of the knife.
Police say Parker admitted he was at the victim’s house and an altercation occurred then he stabbed him. Parker was arrested and charged with first-degree assault.
