A wreck on Pennyrile Parkway sent three children to the hospital Wednesday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say a truck driven by Anthony McGowan of Hopkinsville was merging onto Pennyrile Parkway from Eagle Way along with a car driven by Glenda Ruston of Hopkinsville when McGowan’s truck collided with an SUV that was northbound driven by Juan Velasquez of Evansville, Indiana.
The crash pushed Velasquez’s SUV into Ruston’s car sending both vehicles off the road.
Three children in Velasquez’s SUV were treated and transported by Hopkinsville EMS to Jennie Stuart Health for injuries.
