Walmart Trespassing Complaint Leads To Drug Charges

A Hopkinsville man was charged with possession of drugs after he was found trespassing at Walmart Monday afternoon.

Hopkinsville Police say 36-year-old Dylan Squires was found in Walmart after he had been criminally trespassed from the store due to previous incidents. After being arrested and taken to jail he was reportedly found to have four syringes loaded with an unknown substance along with a bag of a crystal substance.

Squires is charged with third-degree criminal trespassing, second-degree promoting contraband, and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified).
