A woman was charged with trafficking drugs after a traffic stop on Pennyrile Parkway Wednesday night.
Hopkinsville Police say they stopped a vehicle around the Lovers Lane exit for a traffic violation and the passenger 30-year-old Perrionia Forte was under the influence and put bottle of alcohol under her seat during the stop.
She reportedly gave officers two false names before she was found to have two warrants for failure to appear.
Police say a bottle containing M30 fentanyl was found under her seat. She was arrested and charged with trafficking fentanyl, giving officer false identifying information, and alcohol intoxication in a public place.
