A man was charged with choking a woman on Old Madisonville Road Thursday.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say 26-year-old Justin Cooper wrapped his hands around the woman’s neck impeding her ability to breathe during an argument.
He was later arrested and charged with first-degree strangulation and fourth-degree assault dating violence.
