Police have released the name of the homeowner involved in a fatal shooting on Linda Lane in Trigg County on July 19th.
Kentucky State Police say during the investigation they have found that 25-year-old Austin Gardner who was armed with a weapon had forced his way into a room before he was shot and killed by the homeowner 21-year-old Cody Parker.
Police say no charges have been filed, and the investigation is still ongoing.
Linda Lane was completely blocked by law enforcement for several hours on July 19th as they collected evidence and spoke with witnesses.
