A man who was arrested in Christian County after a pursuit from Tennessee was indicted by the Christian County Grand Jury on Friday.

A true bill was returned on Dustin Duley, of Springfield, Tennessee, on charges of receiving stolen property over $10,000 and fleeing or evading police from July 31.

According to the Christian County Sheriff’s Office, Tennessee law enforcement ended the pursuit at the Kentucky state line, while a Nashville Metro Police Department helicopter continued tracking the SUV and provided its location to police.

Deputies reported that Duley exited the interstate onto Pembroke-O Grove Road, then stopped on Pruitt Lane and put his hands out the window, where he was taken into custody.

Authorities said the SUV was reported stolen from Bowling Green, and Duley had a warrant for violating a court order and aggravated assault in Tennessee.
