A traffic stop on Brown Street in Cadiz led to drug charges for a Hopkinsville woman Saturday night.
Trigg County Sheriff’s deputies say they stopped a vehicle for not having working tail lights, and during the stop, a passenger in the car, 51-year-old Trina Howard, was found to have an active warrant for probation violation in Christian County.
The driver gave consent to search the vehicle, and a purse containing, a glass pipe, suspected meth, marijuana, and Howard’s debit card were reportedly found inside.
She was arrested and charged with possession of meth and marijuana.
