Renovations at Jennie Stuart Health are nearly finished with work completed on the Emergency Department and most of the work finished on the EC Green Cancer Center. Thursday evening, Hospital Staff invited the community to tour the new Cancer Center.
Chief Operations Officer, Eric Lee says the renovations bring state-of-the-art services.

Some improvements at the Cancer Center would not have been possible without the fundraising efforts of the JSH Foundation. Executive Director Tracey Clark says co-chairs Kelly Workman and Dr. Ratilal Gajera surpassed the original goal.
Clark says the funds were used to bring comfort to a trying ordeal.
click to download audioAttendees joined in a ribbon cutting for the center and then were allowed to tour the facility. Two additional infusion bays, a nurses’ station, and a private staff area are still under construction. The EC Green Cancer Center sees between 1,500 and 2,000 patients monthly.
